Initiative & Confidence

The initiative and Confidence course at Arlington Echo is designed for students and adults of all ages to build cooperation and communication skills. Through a series of field games and low elements participants must work together to solve problems and collaborate as a team. The team building activities help participants become more self-confident as individuals and cooperative as members of a team. Completing these activities is a great way for participants to build trust. This course works well with students at the beginning of the school year, faculty groups, and clubs and sports teams just to name a few.

All groups must be led by a certified instructor. To become a certified instructor a 16 hour workshop is required which is offered at Arlington Echo three times a year and listed on ERO for sign up.
